The font "Matisse" is dedicated to the memory of the outstanding French artist Henri Matisse. Font is completely assembled from the elements of the artist's painting. The graphic manner of the paintings led me to the idea of making a whole font with punctuation marks from them.

Шрифт "Матіс" присвячений пам'яті видатного французьського художника Анрі Матіса, і повністю зібраний з елементів живопису художника. Графічна манера живописних полотен наштовхнула мене на думку скласти з них цілий шрифт з розділовими знаками.

In general, the font maximally reflects the graphic features of Matisse's plastic forms in painting. Of course, the font should remain at least partially colored. The letters create the impression of dynamic movement and an avant-garde mood.
В цілому, шрифт максимально рефлексує графічні особливості Матісових пластичних форм в живописі. Безумовно, шрифт має залишатись хоча б частково кольоровим. Літери створюють враження динамічного руху​​​​​​​ та авангардистського настрою.
